Six Puppies & mom Melina

Six tiny potatoes arrived at the shelter in mid-October. They came with their mama, Melina — a gentle, patient girl who has cared for them with all her heart.

We named the babies after potatoes (because… look at them). Round, soft, warm, and so easy to love.

They are growing well, and we are doing our best to keep them safe, healthy, and loved.Soon, they will each need a family to call their own.
